Dreaming Eyes' necklace

This necklace is mentioned in part 6 of Essy's story:
The monster reached down in front of Dreaming Eyes and lifted up the necklace she was wearing. "Lovely necklace." She thought, it was all she had now from her sister to remember her . " If you tell us where the others are, we'll let you go and you can go back to your sister", the monster said while holding her necklace. She didn't trust the monsters.

The Yellow Monster stepped(?) over her and grinning showing her bright, white fangs and the lights got much brighter. The monster cut her necklace off and tossed it to the wall. "Don't worry, you'll just feel a pinch... little sting."

When trying to solve the puzzle Finding Essy's name, we thought it might be significant that part of the breadcrumb on the last cornfield page read:
- I will treasure her gift, forever, and ever. Maybe one day it will tell me who I am.
We reasoned that "her gift" referred to the necklace that Bushy Tail had given Dreaming Eyes. However, this turned out to be unimportant to finding out Essy's name.
